Yogi Adityanath is an Indian monk who has Hinduist principles and whose speeches indicated that he wasn’t secular. His anti-Islamic speeches attracted a lot of negative publicity. There was also a lot of speculation on his character. In spite of all the controversies surrounding him, Yogi Adityanath became the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, in office since 19th March 2017. The article talks about his credibility to be the Chief Minister, and his standing in the parliament.
